When a customer returns a purchase to Costco and the furniture is NEW, we can pay to ship it back (risking damage in the process) or find someone else who wants it. We choose to do the latter, and thus are frequently able to offer new furniture by Epoch Design for FREE (everyone’s favorite 4-letter word.) All we ask is a littleLOVE (another good 4-letter word…) in return!
